EasyPLC HMI System
An easy way to learn HMI design along with practicing in a safe & secure virtual environment.
With the HMI system application, it is possible to easily create a visual interface between the user and the PLC by simply dragging and dropping the desired control and linking it with the program variables.
In this way, a powerful HMI system can be produced in just a few minutes.
The HMI editor provided by EasyPLC is very easy to use. Many graphical and standard controls are available to develop your own customized HMI screen.
The communication between the console and the PLC is bidirectional.
For example, it is possible to show messages, images, and the values of the data blocks. It is also possible to introduce numerical values by way of text boxes, command buttons, or a function bar.
All of these features communicate with the PLC program.
Each PLC program can have a different console associated with it. Furthermore, it is possible to load different consoles during the program execution. If this function is enabled, the console will appear at the start of the PLC and will set out the different programmed functions.
The EasyPLC HMI editor has advanced controls for the data representation elaborated on by the PLC program or acquired by the I/O cards.
For example:
- Standard controls: Buttons, CheckBox, ComboBox, Grid, Scroll bars, Labels, ListBox, PictureBox, ProgressBar, RadioButton, Shapes, TextBox, Timers, and TrackBar.
- Graphic Bars: To show the data stack value in a graphic bar, you can program the visualization scale, as well as some alarms. If they are overcome automatically, the color programmed by the user changes to red. Gauges, digital displays, graph LEDs, toggle buttons.
- Data charts: The processed data can be visualized in different types of charts (bars, lines, points, 3D, etc.) to help you understand it better.
- Specialized HMI controls ButtonLight, Elbow, display, Gauge, Motor, Pipe, Pump, RoundButton, Switch, Tank, Tee, and Valve.
