You build the hardware.
We breathe life into its digital soul.
Don’t let a lack of time or 3D resources hold your projects back. As the creators of Machine Simulator, we build fully functional Digital Twins of your installations so you can focus on what you do best: engineering and selling.
Why Nirtec for your Digital Twin?
We know Machine Simulator better than anyone. While our software is designed for you to use it independently, we know that sometimes your team is stretched thin, or you need a high-end result for a big trade show.
Zero Learning Curve
Skip the hours of learning how to model and texture. We take care of it.
Expert Consultancy
We don’t just “draw” your machine. We analyze your project and often suggest improvements in the digital phase that save you thousands in the physical one.
Tailored to You
From simple educational stations to entire production lines in the automotive, logistics, or packaging sectors. If it has a PLC, we can “twin” it.
From your blueprints to a living model
The Coffee Chat
We meet to understand your goals (is it for marketing? for PLC testing? for training?).

The Build
Handover
We deliver a file ready to load into Machine Simulator. You test it, you love it, you use it.
Helping us help you
To get started, we usually ask for a “starter pack” of information.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can deliver:
- 3D Models: Ideally in .obj or .stl. (If you don’t have them, don’t worry! We can use our generic library or build them from scratch).
- Mechanical Schematics: Just general views (plan, elevation) so we get the scales right.
- The Brain: Electrical diagrams and a list of the digital/analog I/O you plan to use.
- Visuals: A few photos or a quick video of the real system in operation helps us catch the small details.
Curios about the cost? Let’s find out
Digital Twins don’t have to be a “black box” of hidden costs.
We’ve designed a simple tool to help you estimate the budget based on your specific needs—whether you provide the 3D models or need us to do the heavy lifting.
“This is a preliminary estimate subject to final review of the project files.”
